Prime on the Nine is located at the Mariah Hills golf course and serves only local beef and hand cut steaks. The restaurant also boasts chicken fried steaks, the size of your face, smothered with jalapeno cream gravy. The atmosphere includes floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Mariah Hills golf course. We specialize in traditional cuisine with a modern twist by Chef Ryan Emery.

Prime on the Nine has seating for 140 people with a trained wait staff, ready to serve you. Emery prides himself on offering great tasting food with service you expect. The restaurant takes reservations and features a full service bar. The menu features steaks, seafood, and other options that are sure to please every palate.

Executive Chef Ryan Emery moved to Dodge City from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, three years ago with his family to work at the Magouirk Conference Center and United Wireless Arena. He worked with VenuWorks for three and a half years and is well known throughout Dodge City, KS and the surrounding area for his great cuisine and superior service.

Chef Ryan is excited for the opportunity to open his own restaurant here and looks forward to continuing to serve the Dodge City community and southwest Kansas. He looks forward to raising his two sons with his wife in Dodge City for years to come. He feels that Dodge City is a great place to raise children because of the community’s rich history and friendly people.
